Terms and Conditions

We are a small business with a high demand. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service, we have a 24-48 hour cancellation policy. We ask for the payment at the time of scheduling your training session. We have a No Refund Policy, so kindly review the booking and cancellation policies below. Please note that by scheduling a training, you are accepting the Terms of Service. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a transforming experience with us.

ARRIVING

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first training and 5 minutes early for all other training. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and begin training on time. In fairness to all of our clients, training will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their training time.

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we do ask that you communicate with us. Unfortunately, arriving more than 15 minutes late for your training may result in a cancellation, or losing that portion of your training. However you will still be responsible to pay the full amount of that hour.

BOOKING

NO REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS

When booking training sessions, you will be asked to pay for the training in advance, this is Non-Refundable. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will not be able to reschedule that session and will have to pay for your next training session, if you decide to reschedule. If you reschedule or cancel the training session with more than 48 hours notice the payment for that session will remain on your account and may be used for a later session, as long as it is used within 14 days of your initial scheduled session. If you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice but less than 48 hours in advance you will be asked to pay a rescheduling fee of $25.00.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO SCHEDULING ANY TRAINING SESSIONS

24-48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session please do so by sending an email to fundamentalfactoryva@gmail.com, or calling/texting 1+(215)-909-1074 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled training session, a rescheduling fee of $25.00 may required at this time. If you fail to notify us less than 24 hours in advance you will not be able to reschedule that session. If you notify us about rescheduling or canceling the training with more than 48 hours notice the payment for that session will remain on your account and may be used for a later session: Single scheduled training must be scheduled within 14 days of the original scheduled training; Membership scheduled trainings must be rescheduled within the 30 days that membership is valid for. Should you continuously reschedule, cancel or not show up for your training with insufficient notice we will have the right to refuse doing business with you. Should you not show for your scheduled training the payment for the training session will be forfeited. You are responsible for rescheduling any training, eligible for rescheduling, within the appropriate time frame. We fully understand that sometimes not making it to your appointment is outside of your control. We ask that you do inform us, through email or text, as soon as possible so we may make a note of it.
